Config
Buffer / Retentate tank
It should be a pressurized tank with level sensor to supervise and maintain the inside level in processes like during dia-filtration etc. We’ll also carbonating the product during filtration and it will also have some interaction with the De-Alco unit by monitoring the level . pressure etc and controlled by the PLC unit. Based on different spec that will also probably finish the dilution & carbonation process and however we accept 100% customization and dedicated figure out the tailored solutions for your purpose.
Permeate
As per option and you can collect the permeate as per seltzer / disinfectant by distill or just drain.
Membrane
The precise RO membranes are the international branding with multiple option as per different filtration precision or the output capacity, The beer before into system need to be filtered <kieselguhr> for preventing the membranes damage & block from the particles, impurities or yeast. The membranes number are calculated as per final output and come with 2 type for #8040 #8080. In the proper working condition the lifttime would be start from 36months and also depend on the real working load & conditions.
Hygienic Centrifugal pumps
Two pumps incl for product supply pump & boost pump, Both comes with VFD and capacity calc as per system capacity.
Options for Inline-fine filter, provide the 2と guarantee of the membranes protection. And the in-line tubular heat exchanger for product cooling during the circulated filtration without dia-filtration process <aim to get the seltzer with higher ABV>. In-line mixier for the better blending between Retentate & de-aerated water during dia-filtration, Also the option for the in-line carbonator.
Control
All go through the PLC + HMI automation. All the data and process like de-aerated water flow rate, pressure, amount, Boost pump running pressure, the balance between dilution & permeating are all pre-set & supervised by the programming and be able to provide a duty-off operation and service.
ＣＩＰ
All hard pipeworks & fittings are totally under the two separated CIP loop, One dedicated for the membranes and 2と one for the rest.
SKE also provide the one-stop service not just de-alco unit, also includes the auxiliary equipment like de-aerated water skid, in-carbonation system etc.
