All go through the PLC + HMI automation. All the data and process like de-aerated water flow rate, pressure, amount, Boost pump running pressure, the balance between dilution & permeating are all pre-set & supervised by the programming and be able to provide a duty-off operation and service.
All hard pipeworks & fittings are totally under the two separated CIP loop, One dedicated for the membranes and 2と one for the rest.
