As per 10 yrs digging in the brewing field that SKE are having a new concept on the small brewpubs, Based on the high integrated pipelines works that significantly reduced the footprint & save the cost but also keep functional & efficient. We’re also bringing the breaking news on the new equipment for the de-alcoholization system, Which is the reverse osmosis filtration principle based and dedicated for the craft brewery. The RO based de-alcoholization in comparison with distilling de-alco which has the less flavor damage and also lower the initial investment. The standards De-alco setup are multiple capacity option inch 3HL / 5HL / 10HL / Hrs. We leverage the advanced membrane technology to separate the alcohol & water from the beer but remains the aroma & flavor material in maximum level. In the rated working condition that the ABV can be drawn below to 0.5 but just come with 10% below aroma / flavor loses. The diafiltration process are separating from the 1^st filtration that in this case we also be able to collect the permeate like for soda or the seltzer. Talk with us eye to eye over there !
