Working Principle
The blending configuration features an in-line static blender for mixing two streams: one for base liquids such as de-aerated water or beer, and the other for syrups, liquid flavors, or alcohol dosing. Customized solutions are available for additional streams or powder dosing.
Both lines are equipped with a feed pump, flow meter, and positioning PID valve, allowing the mixing ratio to be automatically regulated based on pre-set recipes
The carbonation/saturation line features an airflow meter/rotor meter and PID valves for automatic/manual CO₂ flow rate regulation, with “G/L” settings integrated into the PLC program for automated processes.
The maximum carbonation/saturation level is variable based on product temperature and other specifications, typically reaching 5.5g/l under normal operating conditions.
Fittings on the Air line was included & fitted like pressure reducer, sterile filter, angle seat valve etc.
