Teaming up with a top-tier automation enterprise boasting decades of experience in brewery projects, SKE has jointly developed a full-process intelligent automatic control system that enables automated management of the entire brewing workflow—from mashing, saccharification, filtration, temporary storage, boiling, whirlpool separation, plate heat exchanger cooling, to transfer to fermentation.
Meanwhile, the system provides full-coverage automated control of auxiliary processes such as CIP cleaning, chilled/hot water generation, compressed air tank emptying, and condensate recovery, thus achieving a closed-loop automation for all production scenarios.

Equipped with a host computer operating system and a user-friendly human-machine interface (HMI), the system features comprehensive historical data logging, supports data backup and background printing, and fully meets the requirements of production process traceability and management. Upon detecting anomalies, the system will immediately trigger audible and visual alarms as well as interlock protection, highlight the corresponding equipment in special colors on the CRT process flow diagram, and display Chinese prompt messages synchronously, helping operators quickly locate and resolve issues in a timely manner.

The entire system enables fully automated operation with minimal manual intervention, significantly enhancing production stability and operational efficiency.
