Yardley Brothers Craft Brewery currently boasts a production capacity of 11,000 liters per month, enabling us to craft our flagship beers such as the Lamma Island IPA, Hong Kong Bastard Imperial IPA, Machine Men Pale Ale, Seize the Means Chocolate Fudge Milk Stout, and a rotating selection of Seasonal Real Ales. However, our passion extends beyond these staples as we continually challenge ourselves to explore new frontiers in brewing. Through various experimental limited-edition releases, we incorporate unique elements like fruit, cryo-hops, barrel-aging, and any other innovative techniques to create the most exceptional and captivating beers possible. But our journey doesn’t end there. We reflect on how far we’ve come, from humble beginnings in Luke’s living room, yet our underlying philosophy remains unchanged: Collaborating with other independent, like-minded quality breweries in Asia to collectively advance the local brewing scene.
