La Mandra means fox in Occitan, a brewery name in homage to the beautiful amber color of a good beer.
IT is an micro-brewery located in Rouffiac des Corbieres, a small village in Hautes Corbières. It is in this green valley, where the Verdouble has its source, that in 2016 Brasserie La Mandra project was born, facing the mountains, with the challenge of being able to combine qualities of life and work.
The beers are the fruit of creativity and rigorous research into quality. Their flavors are imbued with the brewer’s travels and multiple Anglo/Catalan/French/German origins.
