The basic configuration of the infusion extraction device includes
- Material: Stainless steel 304 or 316
- Flow: Custom design
- Skid or tanks stand model depending on size
- Reaction tanks with options for mixing / blending type, Heat conduction. Filtration.
- Actuation / Transfer pumps, Centrifugal, Rotor, Dosing High shear pumps etc.
- Process control: Conductivity, PH, weight ,Flow temp, DO, Co2 concentrations etc.
- Internal finish, 2B, Ra≤0.6um
- External finish, #4 or 2B
- CIP function
- Dedicated control programming as the technology / logic
- PLC control system for semi or fully automatic
