Working Principle of High Pressure Homogenizer

The high-pressure homogenizer is a precision fluid processing device based on fluid dynamics and high-energy physical processing technology. Driven by a high-pressure piston pump, liquid materials such as beverages and emulsions are pressurized to a stable working pressure ranging from 20 bar to 2000 bar. The pressurized fluid is then forced to pass through an ultra-narrow precision homogenizing valve gap at an ultra-high speed.

During this process, the material undergoes instantaneous and synergistic physical effects including powerful shear force, high-frequency cavitation, violent turbulent impact and pressure sudden drop. These comprehensive mechanical forces effectively crush large particles, split oversized liquid droplets, break up agglomerates, and uniformly disperse all components in the fluid. After continuous cyclic homogenization, the material achieves ultra-fine particle size and high uniformity, realizing stable emulsification, homogenization and refining effects, without changing the original nutritional and flavor characteristics of beverage materials.
