Vacuum degasser is special sanitary processing equipment designed for removing dissolved gas inside liquid food materials in continuous production lines. It’s core function is to conduct vacuum deaeration on juice and other liquid raw materials to block oxidation reaction and extend product shelf life. Inside the degassing tank, high-precision atomizing atomizing distributor evenly splits incoming liquid into ultra-thin liquid layers.Under stable negative vacuum environment, the boiling point of liquid is lowered, dissolved oxygen, carbon dioxide and micro-bubbles inside juice, milk and slurry overflow from the liquid film instantly. The vacuum pump continuously exhausts separated gas out of the tank, while the degassed homogeneous liquid is conveyed to the next process by sanitary delivery pump, completing full automatic online degassing circulation.
