Customer Site Visit to SKE Innovation Factory: Uncovering the Core Technology of the Hydrogen Production Project and the Intellectual Strength of the Brewing Equipment

In the latest open day event of SKE Intelligent Manufacturing Center, customers explored the core technology and brewing equipment innovation results of the hydrogen production project on the spot. The company’s independently developed PEM pure water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment uses corrugated molding technology to reduce the volume of the electrolyzer by 45%, with a daily production capacity of 800kg-H₂. The 0.08mm ultra-thin titanium plate created with laser welding technology breaks the industry record for current density of 3.6A/cm². The technical synergy extends to the field of beer brewing equipment. The food-grade 316L stainless steel brewing equipment adopts the same source laser welding process, and the weld roughness reaches Ra≤0.4μm pharmaceutical standard. The quality management system is based on ISO/ASME/CE/PED quadruple certification, with 96 hours of helium leak detection (sensitivity 5×10⁻¹⁰ mbar·L/s) and 500,000 pressure tests to verify equipment reliability, and the digital twin system enables full life cycle traceability.
