Brewdeck&Piping System
SKE modular brewdeck and integrated piping system allow you to flexibly combine components according to your needs, creating a perfectly tailored brewery setup. The design also enables SKE brewhouses to stand out with minimal space requirements.
SKE Brewdeck
- SKE brewing platform will be custom-designed based on the customer’s on-site conditions. Combined with the actual layout, it can flexibly adopt a linear type, square type , or other customized configurations
- Focus on Practicality and Safety. The platform uses non-slip materials and is pre-equipped with a drainage structure.The platform is made of high-quality SS304, ensuring strong structural stability.The angle of the supporting ladder is ergonomically optimized, making it easier and safer for operators to climb up and down the platform.
- All components including :water pipelines, wort pipeline, cip pipelines, steam pipeline, heat plate exchanger, pumps ,control cabin, sample sink, spindle station etc are all integrated onto deck.It greatly saves the time for disassembly and installation.
Steam Piping System
- SKE steam piping system is integrated into the brewdeck, including key components :steam inlet, condensate discharge and recovery pipelines, plus flow/pressure control devices and pressure gauges. This design unifies steam delivery, condensate treatment and parameter monitoring.Core components such as steam traps, pressure control valves, flow control valves, and vacuum breakers are all selected from world-class international brands like Spirax Sarco and BURKERT, ensuring the stable operation of the equipment at the critical component level.
- Steam demand is calculated from the heating power of equipment like mash tuns and boiling kettles, ensuring pipeline diameter and valve specs meet maximum steam flow.
- SKE steam pipelines have a proper slope, with measures to prevent vacuum and water hammer
Wort Piping System
- The core principles of SKE’s wort pipeline design revolve around three key pillars: “high hygiene standards, residue-free and oxidation-free wort, and precise matching of flow rates to the mashing process.”
- Highly Integrated Layout with Fluidity and Hygiene Standards.Pipe diameters are precisely calculated to ensure stable material transfer flow rates, eliminating hygiene dead spots at the source.The brewing water pipeline is fully matched to the flow demand and temperature control accuracy of brewing water. For wort pipelines, the transfer flow rate is strictly controlled — it prevents excessive flow from causing turbulence (which affects quality) and avoids slow flow from leading to material stagnation and deterioration. Especially for lautering and run-off pipelines, the design fully meets the differentiated flow rate requirements of filtration and transfer stages.
- All components, including pipelines, valves, wort aeration devices, wort strainer, and wort grants, are integrated into the brewdeck.
Water Piping System
- SKE water piping system includes hot water, cold water, glycol water and tap water pipeline, all integrated into the brewing platform for an attractive layout and easy operation.
- SKE mixing water station is equipped with a water mixer, flow sensor, temperature sensor, automatic proportional control valve, and sanitary manual proportional control valve, enabling precise control of water temperature and flow rate.
- All water pipeline diameters are precisely calculated to meet demand, with anti-backflow design to prevent cross-flow and contamination.
CIP Piping System
- SKE’s brewing system has a built-in self-CIP function including: hot water rinse, tap water rinse, and self-circulation CIP , making brewhouse cleaning simple and efficient.
- Total full auto CIP function could be as optional.
- The CIP pipeline is reserved connection for CIP station or CIP Cart, allowing brewers to use CIP station or CIP cart for brewhouse CIP.
