Cold brew coffee is made by steeping coarsely ground coffee beans in cold water for an extended period, typically 12–24 hours. Heating extraction and espresso will bring some bitter flavors into coffee, under the low temp, bitter stuff is hard to dissolved to avoid the situation.

SKE cold brew coffee houses are built with a milled false bottom and an optional secondary filter with a nylon bag with your choice of micron size. The rake/plow system is available on all units for easy agitation and automatic spent-ground removal. Easily adjust your pumps, motors, and temperatures with the platform-mounted control box.
