Back in 2018 ,two young entrepreneurs took a leap of faith, to grow fresh liquid yeast cultures in Aotearoa NZ as Aotearoa New Zealand is internationally renowned for its ability to produce top quality brews, and the ingredients that make them.
The main target clients are local NZ craft brewery and they decide to focus on beer liquid yeast. The discussion of processing equipment are starting from facebook chatting group after SKE is recognized as an qualified supplier with well-known tech teams either beer yeast production or tanks fabrication. Within 10days discussion, SKE team provided an complete plan base on Froth commercial budget. After 3 month, one complete set yeast production system is delivered to NZ and now it is providing high-quality yeast to NZ craft brewery continuously.
