sanitary design, dead-leg free, corrosion resistance, easy CIP cleaning, stable flow & pressure resistance, compliant with food-grade standards.At same time, SKE fully takes into account layout rationality and aesthetics during pipeline installation.
SKE Packaging System
For large-scale brewery project delivery, SKE is capable of providing a full-range integrated packaging system with complete automation solutions, covering can filling lines, bottle filling line keg cleaning and filling lines, capping machines, labeling machines, case packers, palletizers, tunnel pasteurization system, flash pasteurization system as well as inspection and traceability equipment.

- Stainless Steel Grade: 304/316L stainless steel
- Continuous downward slope: minimum 1%
- Complete drainable design; drain valves at all low points to avoid residual liquid and microbial growth.No concave pockets or trapped liquid sections.
- Fully automatic orbital TIG welding for sanitary joints; 100% visual/endoscopic weld inspection.
- Internal surface roughness: Ra ≤ 0.6~0.8 μm, Weld seam mechanical polishing , smooth and flush with base metal, no pits, crevices or oxidation discoloration.
- Sealing Materials: Food-grade EPDM, non-toxic, aging-resistant and chemical-compatible.
- Long-radius elbows (R ≥ 3D) for smooth flow.
- Sanitary tees with minimized dead space.
- Dead leg limitation: branch valve connection length ≤ 1D.
- Mix-proof double-seat valves for fermentation and bright beer areas(on request)
- Sanitary butterfly valves & diaphragm valves; threadless, crevice-free structure.
- Connection types: Tri-Clamp sanitary ferrule, sanitary flange, Union Connection,no bare threaded connections.
- Insulated supports and galvanic corrosion isolation measures.
- Hydrostatic pressure test: 1.5 times working pressure, 30 minutes pressure holding with no leakage.
