Multi-effect beverage production line
The production system is designed for high flexibility, minimal product loss, and consistent quality – using a fully inline blending process. Deaerated water (DAW) and up to four additional ingredients (e.g. wine, spirits, syrup, flavor) are dosed continuously and precisely into a static mixing unit, based on operator-selected recipes via HMI.

Advantage

- Automated CIP functionality is included through pneumatically controlled valve manifolds and programmable loop selection via HMI. The CIP system is semi / full-automatic, meaning the operator selects each CIP step manually on the existing CIP trolley unit (which includes heating and pumping functions). The system automatically routes the CIP liquid to the correct process sections according to the selected cleaning loop.
- 1 * Buffer tank & 2 * Storage / Dispensing tanks
- The system automatically manages tank switching logic to ensure that blending never occurs into a tank currently supplying the filler. Pressure levels in the tanks are regulated via gas-side pressure control, with higher pressure (1.5–2.0 bar) maintained during filling and lowered (0.8–1.2 bar) prior to connecting to the filler – all adjustable via the HMI.
