SKE large volume beer tanks comply with hygienic dead-space-free design, pressure vessel safety standards, precise temperature control, automatic CIP cleaning and food-grade manufacturing specifications.
Parameter:
- Main Material: SUS304 for standard application; SUS316L for high-acid and corrosive brewing conditions.
- Compliance: Meet GB 4806.9 / FDA food-grade stainless steel standards.
- Plate Thickness:Base on pressure vessel design requirement. Cone angle: 60°–75°, ensuring yeast sedimentation and smooth discharge.
- Height-to-Diameter Ratio: 1:2.5 ~ 1:4.
- No dead leg, no sharp corners; all pipe connections adopt hygienic clamp fittings (ISO2852 / DIN11851).
- Support: Skirt support with carbon steel base and stainless steel cladding.
- Welding process: TIG/GTAW full penetration welding, argon back shielding.
- Weld quality: Free of porosity, crack, incomplete fusion and slag inclusion; smooth arc transition for fillet welds.
- Internal surface: welding seampolishing,pickled &passivated, surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.4~0.8μm.
- Jacket type: Dimple plate jacketfor body/ corrugated plate for cone or full corrugated plate(Vessel working pressure: 0.15–0.25 MPa ;Jacket working pressure: 0.2–0.3 MPa)
- Sufficient heat exchange area for uniform cooling and stable fermentation temperature.
- Equipped with 360° rotary CIP spray ball for full internal coverage.
- High-precision PT100 temperature sensors for multi-point temperature monitoring.
- Diaphragm pressure transmitter and pressure gauge.
- Safety configuration: Overpressure safety valve and anti-vacuum valve.
- Hydrostatic test: 1.5 times design pressure, stable holding without leakage or deformation.
- Thermal insulation layer: Polyurethane foam, density ≥40kg/m³.
- External cladding: 304 stainless steel sheet or fluorocarbon aluminumcladding
