SKE syrup preparation core adopts a sanitary homogenizing pump to realize inline continuous sugar dissolving and instantaneous mixing without relying on dissolving tanks for buffer and standing. The high-speed rotor-stator shear structure of the homogenizing pump generates powerful turbulent flow and ultra-fine shear force inside the pipeline, which can instantly break up and suspend granular white granulated sugar, realizing rapid full dissolution in the pipeline.

 

 

 

Whats the Homogenizing Pump?

Pipeline high shear dispersing emulsifier is a high performance equipment used for continuous prod-uction or circulated treatment of fine material. 

In the small chamber, there are 1-3 sets of paired and clutched stators and rotor. Driven by motor,the rotor revolve quickly and produces a strong axial suctionforce which intakes the material to the chamber. The machine disperses, shears and emulsifies the material in shortest time, and the diameter range of the particles gets smaller so that fine and stable products are produced.

In addition, the homogenized syrup features uniform concentration and stable water-sugar fusion state, which lays a solid foundation for subsequent beverage blending, avoiding taste fluctuation and layering precipitation of finished products.
