The soft drink blender enables continuous high-accuracy production of carbonated beverages and sugar-free sodas. Integrating process units including de-aeration, blending, cooling and carbonation, the complete system is pre-assembled, factory-tested and skid-mounted on a base frame for fast on-site installation and commissioning.
Working Principle
Water undergoes mass-transfer with carbon dioxide inside the de-aeration tower for stripping, reducing residual oxygen in water to below 10 ppb. After de-aeration, the water contains approximately 2.5 g/L CO2. Syrup dosing ratio against water is controlled via high-precision flow meters and regulating valves. The blended stream is pressurized and mixed before being sent to the cooling section. After mixing and cooling, carbon dioxide is dosed proportionally into the product. Static mixers guarantee full dissolution of CO2. Should off-spec product enter the finished-product tank, an internal re-circulation loop allows readjustment of brix and CO2 content. The equipment is built following hygienic design principles to eliminate sanitary dead-zones and prevent CIP residues.
