Processional Design:
SKE mechanical designers optimize tank design based on your process requirements, fully considering process applicability, hygiene standards, structural strength, material selection, nozzle layout, and cost-performance ratio.All tanks are supplied with a BOM, 2D drawings, 3D drawings (upon request), and detailed drawings.
Pressure vessels are designed in accordance with ASME standards, including pressure calculation, determination of head and wall thickness, as well as layout of manholes and nozzles.Tanks designed for seismic zones will receive special structural design and undergo seismic calculation.For tanks under special operating conditions, we can also provide finite element analysis (FEA).
High-Quality Raw Material/Accessories:
SKE only selects raw materials from the top manufacturers in China.Stainless steel plates are sourced from TISCO, dish heads from HOKKAI,and accessories from LYSF.
All plates undergo re-inspection of material properties and surface quality checks upon arrival at our factory to ensure product quality from the very source.

Strictly QA/QC:
SKE adheres to strict standardized manufacturing processes for tank production.Every procedure, from cutting, rolling, welding, drilling, pressure testing, foaming, pickling & passivation to packaging & delivery, is carried out in accordance with official standards.
During production, QC inspectors perform inspections in line with processing specifications to ensure consistent and qualified tank quality.
Safely Packing:
SKE applies standardized packaging and delivery procedures for tanks.
The exterior is protected with protective film and stretch wrap;all nozzles, flanges and accessories are properly covered and sealed.
The support and fastening meet safety requirements to prevent collision, scratches or deformation during transportation.All units are cleaned, inspected and confirmed before packaging to ensure safe and intact delivery to the site.
