Our beer is carefully brewed and packaged in our brewery in the heart of Manchester. Our state-of-the-art 24hL Premier Stainless Systems brewing equipment and 18 840hL fermenters allow us to produce with precision and consistency. Our Cask canning line and sub-5ºC cold storage ensures that we minimize the loss of flavor and quality during packaging and storage. On the mezzanine level of the Unit 9 tasting room, you can overlook our barrel storage area, which currently houses 245 oak barrels and 3 large 5000L storage barrels.
