Devanom-Craft Beer Thailand
Devanom was born out of our passion for beer, blended whiskey, single malt whiskey and fine wines from around the world. In 2012, we tried our first home brewed beer, “Brewdog”.
Perchance it was fate or mere fortune that guided us. Nestled on the island, just a brief stroll of one and a half kilometers from our abode, lies a quaint establishment known as ‘Chit Beer.’ This unassuming shop holds the distinction of being the very first to offer the delightful pleasures of homebrewed craft beer in our locale.
In the year 2015, Chitbeer established a homebrew workshop, transforming us from mere customers into eager students. Following the successful completion of our initial brewing endeavor, we chose to name our beer ‘Devanom,’ a tribute to our grandfather’s company. This name holds a special significance, as it translates to ‘God prays,’ imparting a profound and emotional connection to our craft.
Performance Spec
The 6HL and 2HL brewing equipment combines a saccharification and filtration tank with a boiling vortex pot, and adopts electric heating and a semi-automatic control system. The 12HL capacity hot and cold water station provides the necessary temperature control for the brewing process. In addition, it is equipped with a 12HL unified tank and bright tank, as well as a glycerine cooling system and malt processing equipment to ensure the efficient progress of the brewing process.
