The word “campagne” in Tasaco Brewing company name, and its etymology “campanio”, has the meaning of “people who share bread.” It also has the meaning of “family and friends.”
Tasaco brewing growing from home brewing and finally decide to expand its business by having an commercial brewing system. Tasaco Brewing want to create beer that they can toast with family and friends, and bring a lot of happiness to everyday dining table in Kochi Japan.
After more than 1 year discussion from brewing process, technical design and commercial terms etc, SKE provided Tasco brewing with an special designed brewing system with stacked brewhouse with combination Mash Kettle, Mash Lauter tun and Whirlpool. The design enable the system meet decoction request either by adding rice or other additives.
The 1st stage cellar tanks are six unit 10bbl tanks and 2nd stage will be six unit 20bbl tanks which is under planning 2024.
