Although it is a small village with a population of 2,500 people, it is a land rich in nature where wild animals such as red-crowned cranes coexist.

We built a brewery in a renovated former Shimo Xuesai Elementary School, which is located in a dairy farm area a little far from the city center.

While the school’s rustic exterior remains as it was back in the day, we have renovated it into a place where visitors can visit, including a walkway where you can watch the brewing process and a beer sales stand.

Brasserie Knot provides consulting services for those who are considering starting a brewery or who are already making beer, including equipment design, recipe development, efficiency improvement, and technology provision.
