It is a comprehensive beer technology innovation platform integrating beer R&D, pilot-scale incubation, craft beer production, OEM manufacturing, testing & certification, technical training and brand operation.With a total investment of about 200 million RMB, the institute has built an intelligent craft beer production base with an annual capacity of 5,000 tons (Phase I), equipped with modern brewhouse, fully automatic fermentation system, precision quality inspection laboratory, pilot plant and multiple filling lines (cans, glass bottles, kegs). Cooperating with expert teams from Technical University of Munich (Germany), Sino-German Beer College, Jiangnan University, etc., it focuses on R&D of craft brewing innovation, selenium-enriched specialty beer, low-purine beer, herbal & prickly ash-flavored craft beer, and owns a number of independent patents. Its own brand Yujin Craft Beer provides technology export, customized OEM and high-quality craft beer products for domestic and overseas markets.
