Brew Haus · Hui – a key feature on the first floor – presents craft beer with local character. Signature brews include Gold Fish Ale (infused with coriander and lemon) and Chengdu White (blending osmanthus and kumquat). Beer cocktails like “Yizhou Journey” (with Sichuan spices) and “Bustling Chunxi” (fruit-infused warm lager) reflect regional flair. Paired snacks include IPA-marinated chicken wings and black beer spicy beef. The second-floor Si Fang San Chuan · Ju restaurant combines Cantonese techniques with Southwest Chinese ingredients, featuring dishes like traditional roast duck and Sichuan appetizers.
