Since 2011, we have been on a mission to continuously produce exceptional beer, honouring tradition, yet made for the modern world.

From our humble beginnings in Toronto’s iconic Junction neighbourhood, the brewery now calls a former City of Toronto 1930’s art-deco incinerator home. Affectionately known as ‘The Destructor,” the building was decommissioned in the 80’s, used for raves in the 90’s and beautifully restored for us in 2018. This award winning heritage building is the perfect spot to enjoy part of Toronto’s past, hangout in our taproom and of course sample great, fresh beer.
